These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between h89 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Playeryou") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered through the h89 platform, accessible at https://h89.buzz and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

h89 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, e-sports betting, crash games, lottery, and related entertainment services. All are provided for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or arrangements between you and h89 relating to the subject matter herein, whether oral or written.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register for and use an h89 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. h89 strictly prohibits the use of its services by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with h89. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your Account details if any information changes.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active Self-Exclusion period, whether self-imposed through h89 or through any other recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Others: You must be the sole beneficial owner of all funds in your Account. Using your Account to hold or wager funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

Registration on the h89 Platform requires you to provide a valid email address, secure password, and certain personal details as required by our KYC process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any other person.
• You must notify h89 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting us at [email protected].
• h89 will never proactively request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• We strongly recommend enabling2FA on your Account and using a unique password not used on any other platform.

h89 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal; when your account activity triggers our anti-fraud systems; or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. You may be asked to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a redacted screenshot of your DuitNow or FPX account)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on deposits and withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

h89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary operating currency. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are also accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

h89 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time; delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside h89's control.
• h89 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals of Real Money Balance (not subject to active Wagering Requirements) are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and any outstanding KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-moneylaundering (AML) regulations.
• h89 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

h89 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date).

• Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the Bonus Balance amount.
• Only wagers placed using qualifying games contribute toward clearing a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games contribute 10–20% unless stated otherwise.
• The maximum bet permitted while a Bonus Balance is active is RM 250 per spin/round, unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any derived winings.

h89 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses, and to suspend or close Accounts, where we determine — at our sole reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using software or automated strategies to exploit promotions; or placing bets purely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine recreational intent (e.g., hedging with near-zero-risk strategies).

All betting and gaming activity on the h89 Platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific or sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game or betting interface.

• Bets are accepted solely at h89's discretion. We reserve the right to limit stake amounts, decline bets, or restrict market access for any Player without giving specific reasons.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where h89 expressly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• In the event of manifest pricing errors, system errors, or data feed failures, h89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. This applies to sports odds, live casino game results affected by technical failure, and slot malfunction scenarios.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the specified timeframe, h89's event-specific rules will determine settlement outcomes. In most cases, bets on abandoned fixtures are void and stakes returned.
• All slot and live casino games are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee returns within any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Deploying scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated decision-making system to place bets, manipulate games, or systematically exploit bonuses.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your Account.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

h89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on the h89 Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available only to Players aged21 years and above.

h89 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible within your Account at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to remind you when have been playing for a pre-set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During cooling-off, login and deposits are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

All content on the h89 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of h89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent from h89
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform
• Creating derivative works based on h89 content or branding
• Using h89's trademarks, logos, or brand assets for any commercial purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond h89's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials

h89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

h89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute on your Account
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Your own request for Account closure or self-exclusion

Where an Account is closed for a breach, h89 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, in cases of confirmed fraud, to withold Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player in good standing, any Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable KYC checks are complete.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which h89 is licensed and operated.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by h89's licensing jurisdiction.
